Acceptance Testing

Product integrity is confirmed by extensive Acceptance Testing on every product. Sophisticated high-tech instrumentation is used to minimize test variables and to provide the capability of obtaining data with the best possible resolution. The acceptance test departments are organized by product type. These dedicated areas have custom designed test stands capable of providing complete assurance that the final product performance fully meets the customer's specification.

Our test departments have the capability of on flow media of many different types such as Mil-F-7024 calibration fluid, Mil-L-7808 Lubricating Oil, Mil-H-5606 Hydraulic Fluid, Water, Nitrogen and Air, and others.

All products are tested for 100% conformity to customer approved Acceptance Test Procedures. A certified test data sheet is provided with each unit shipped.
