Servotronics, Inc., a well established Elma, New York aerospace design and manufacturing Company is considering applications for the following positions:

Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Acquire technical/commercial knowledge of Servotronics products
• Identify competitors and ascertain competitive position vs. those competitors
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain current business and generate new business
• Identify and sell into new and existing applications for Company products
• Domestic and international travel
• Produce sales proposals and quotations

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of highly successful aerospace sales (5+ years experience). Sales experience with electrical interface devices is a plus.
• Experience with tactical sales (i.e. prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with new and existing customers)
• BS in Engineering, MBA a plus

1st shift 7:00am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift 3:30pm to 12:00am

Assembly - 1st and 2nd shift positions
Good hand eye coordination and experience with assembly of small components be able to read and comprehend mechanical drawings.

Deburrer- 2nd shift position
Fine deburring and part finishing work. Candidates must be able to deburr, polish and wash small detail parts using hand and power tools. This includes working under a stereo microscope with delicate hand tools. Must be able to read and comprehend blue prints.

Grinder - 2nd shift position
Set up and operate precision manual surface grinders. Must be able to read and comprehend blue prints and perform precision measuring to .0005 inches.

Test Technician - 1st and 2nd shift positions
2 years minimum experience with assembly and testing of small component parts for conformance to customer requirements using electrical equipment, measuring devices, and gauges. Must be able to read and comprehend mechanical drawings.
